“Julio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, coming up with a quick fix for my Camry gas cap door. It’s been a faulty design from the manufacturer with a weak spring which causes the gas cap door to not open at times especially during the winter. Julio replaced it with a much stronger spring, almost immediately right after I dropped off my car. Just an example of how resourceful they are in resolving problems. Highly recommend!”

“My car is working far better than before! Twins fixed the electrical on my car. It went haywire with headlights, wipers and AC suddenly not working. I decided to try this shop based on the many good reviews from customers with similar issues. The issue was expertly diagnosed, parts ordered and delivered speedily, and replaced/ fixed quickly.
Prior to this electrical issue my AC was only semi-cold, it now feels cold and like new AC!!! Goes to show how important it is to have the electrical up to date.

Well, my experience at Rick’s Auto Collision begs to differ with that statement.! From the minute I left my vehicle, I was treated with courtesy, warmth, and efficiency. The paperwork was all ready when I arrived. I signed a couple of forms and away I went! The collision repair was done promptly, even earlier than I expected, and the repair work restored my vehicle to the way it looked when I first purchased it!
