Jacqueline did a great job! What I liked the most is that she was honest about what I needed instead of trying to sell the most expensive service. I’ll definitely recommend to friends! I hired the cleaning and stain removal service.

It gave an enormous well-being, calmness, and peace to take this mattress cleaning team in again. My second go with them and it proved their cleaning service is simply the best. When you have little kids, it is just unavoidable and essential to clean the mattress if you want it to last for years. I am so grateful for your assistance.

Their cleaner was efficient and provided quality service. He cleaned our upholstery with total dedication and skill. Each piece was cleaned spotless till every single piece was almost looking new. And these are old furniture pieces glowing like that. Will book another upholstery cleaning appointment next year!

I booked a carpet cleaning for 3 bedrooms, a hallway, & stairs the day they were supposed to come do the cleaning, i received a call 1 hour before the appointment saying they could not come because the machine mount broke. so i rescheduled for a week later. they call day of to confirm, and i get a call at the appointment time and a guy says he is here but needs some time to get his equipment ready, i look outside don't see and trucks or vans, so i asked him where he was and he said he was parked on the side of my building, which is not possible. so i go outside and see 2 guys getting out of a Ford escape parked by my neighbor's house. i asked them if they were carpet cleaners they said yes, i replied this isn't the service i am looking for, i am looking for professional steam cleaning of my carpets, and that style equipment wont fit in a escape. he said not to worry he has the pro equipment. as they take out their equipment i noticed it is the same equipment i can rent at home depot when i asked him he said it is not the same and he has been doing this for 25 years i sent them away, and now i have to put everything back for a second time without getting my carpets cleaned

They were very professional and easy to schedule. One of my main concerns is time and they were very good at it. When I booked my appointment, I asked for one particular service and thanks to the cleaner, I got additional suggestions and I am really glad I was open to his suggestions. They did a good job and I will definitely hire them again.

I am moderately happy but not super happy . There was an upsell on a deep cleaning when the technician arrived. I purchased it since it seemed like the other way wouldn't clean thoroughly. At the end the stairs aren't completely clean. They are very spotty and you can see where the machine cleaned a line but the rest of the stairs are dirty. I'm a little annoyed it seems like I'll have to get the stairs done again.

Great job cleaning light colored wall to wall carpeting in 3 rooms. Great workers, great price. Setting up appointment was easy, will use again.
