I went to return a cell phone yesterday (10/10), around 9:45 am, I was treated so badly, because the attendant wanted to eat donuts and drink coffee, I will never go back there and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Great customer service. They get the job done not half job but they get the whole job done for sure. They are also cheap. If you know how to budget and know all their promotions and prices it's great dealing Xfinity to save. Thank you.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I went this store today with my friend, The Agent ( Sokari ) denied to help us and he told me he and his team only work for Commission and they don't have time to help customers. He clearly told No customer service and kick us out the store. So rude 😒

I'm in the store yet again and the one male employee wearing a hoodie is very unprofessional and just doesn't want to do work. The other female employee thought I didn't know Spanish and started speaking and swearing in spanish about me. If the employees don't want yo work they need to just hire people that want to do their job! 6:30PM Saturday 8/23 2025.

Went in to drop off WiFi equipment. Employee mentions xfinity mobile, I say no thanks I’m all set. He insists, says it’s a free SIM card and there will be no charge to me. I say sure whatever, he gives me the SIM card I leave. Over a month later I get an email from xfinity saying my billing cycle just ended and I’ll be charged $63 soon for xfinity mobile. I never signed up for xfinity mobile, employee lied straight to my face, gave me a SIM card I didn’t want or need, said everything would be free and a month later I’m being charged. I plan on going back to that store at some point to let him know about himself.

This store is not the best. The employees seem to dislike their jobs and helping people, which affects their customer service. I went in for something that should have been super simple, however I felt like I was talking to a brick wall for most of the time I was there. I was given the wrong information before purchasing an accessory for my phone, and the employee who completed my transaction seemed very passive-aggressive and reluctant to help me get a refund. While I did receive a refund with the help of another co-worker and still believe Xfinity is a good company, I personally won’t be returning to this store, and I'll be going somewhere else, which is unfortunate because im pretty local.

Isaiah and the team offered me great customer service this past Monday when I went to pick up my new equipment. I was having a rough day due to my move not going as I planned and the great personalities of the team lifted my spirits.

After several tries unsuccessfully by phone to reduce internet costs, we went in-store to learn of options. As with by phone, we were told the lowest price was $150 monthly for internet only. We've since then canceled and switched to a different company for less than $50 monthly with better service and speed. Today, I check mailbox to find a coupon from xfinity for $35 for internet monthly for 1 yr. Which means, they could have lowered the price. Hmmm, make it make sense????
