0 stars It is impossible to reach costumer service and cancel service without telling them you want new service in the automated system. It took an hour on the phone just to cancel my service to get wifi PUT IN we don't even have it. And they tried to keep the deposit and after fighting for it back they won't give me my 25 dollar deposit back for 3 to 4Weeks. Absolutely unacceptable

Ok so I bought a iPhone 13 on December 2nd and it never worked so I brought it back to the store thinking maybe they forgot to put the SIM card in or something. Come to find out the chick that setup my mobile account put my information on someone else’s account that just happened to be in the store at the time. (I’m talking a copy of my drivers license, social security number and bank information!) The manager in the store told me the only way to fix the issue was for him to take the phone back and to issue a refund on my debit card that day. That was December 5th. I waited about a week and I never received a refund so I called the company myself and filed a fraud complaint against the store (286 Blue Hill ave in Boston) on or about the 14th of December. Again, I waited. I went back to the store on the 18th or so and after making a scene, the manager told me that he would personally make sure I’d have a refund by the end of day or at leader a date to expect it. He gave me his personal number and told me to reach out if I had any questions. I still haven’t received a refund and that manager has since stopped answering my calls. I’m literally on the phone for the 10th time trying to figure this out! Now they are asking me if I know the name or number on the other account the chick at the store used. They won’t give me any information on the fraud claim I put in and are basically refusing to refund my money. I’ve decided to seek legal aid this coming week but I wanted to share my experience Xfinity Ripped Off by Xfinity/Comcast #FoxNews

Staff was helpful but unwilling when it came time to explain processes...unsure if they noticed I walked in twice and needed help? Until I had to turn around to ask an employee standing right behind me with their back towards me; but the other was looking over and through arms juuuuustt talking with one another.Yikes...I understand theres a machine that does quick stuff but HAVE SOME DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Interact with the customers when their walking around...Talk with eachother at the (end of work day).Re-train Customer Service Areas Please ....Being a Supervisor Myself.

There's a young lady here who does not know what she is doing. She was aggressive and rude from the moment I entered the store. She talks way too fast and gets annoyed when you dont understand her. English is the only language I speak and I still stuggled understanding her. I only needed to switch my account holder. She doesn't know what counts as proof of address and then tries to sends us to a bank. After I decided to go else where she wouldn't let me leave without trying to get me fill out a random form that has nothing to do with the reason I came.

Womderful. The representive was very knowledgeable and respectful.
