I spoke to one of the mechanics on the phone and he was so patient and kind with all my questions. “I brought my car in due to a hit and run. My insurance paid for the damages and repair on my car, however had to pay a deductible. Classic automotive took my car in right away, and had my car ready the day before they said that it would be done. I was not able to get there until after hours and wanted to pay cash for my deductible. Shawn stayed an hour after closing so I can hand in my deductible and get my car. Shawn was very pleasant and helpful. The work that was done in my car looked amazing. Thank you so much!”

“I don't get all the hate. I bought an f150 off Manny. It had an issue after a few weeks of owning it. He honored the warranty with ease and literally brought the truck to a local Ford dealer and had everything fixed. He was also so flexible on the price. I have been buying used pickups most of my life my last experience (before Manny) was horrendous. I hope Manny continues to be in business for a long time and brings pickup trucks in. “Had my car brought to Speedway after an accident. They were so helpful throughout this stressful process. They arranged to have the car brought from Direnzo in Millbury to their shop. They helped arrange for a rental car. Jeanine kept me in the loop through the process. Insurance company dragged their feet and after 7 weeks finally deemed it total loss, but they dealt directly with the insurance company on my behalf. Even though they never actually repaired my car, I still had a great experience with Speedway. I hope I never need them again, but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. David and Jeanine are knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“To put it simply; they hooked me up.
I had prepaid $265 and scheduled through the website, easy enough. I was later told over the phone the part was a special order and would be an extra $45 but I could pay the difference upon the appointment. A little over a week later they had called to inform me the window had arrived and were ready reschedule the appointment. I checked up on the text notification and it said it would be an extra $105. I questioned it when arriving for the appointment. I was willing to pay the extra $45 but they reimbursed me the whole $105. I got a dollar back from what I had originally prepaid lol. “I had my car repaired here after a small accident. They set me up with a rental car that I picked up and at their shop. They did the work in the timeline they quoted and handled all the Insurance paperwork.
When I got in the car I noticed something was off about it. I looked around and it took me a minute to realize what was different. Not only had they repaired my car but they fully detailed it also. It looked brand new. I was blown away that they went that far above and beyond what would be normal repair work.
A week later I got a thank you card in the mail from them. I will go back there any time I need work done.”
