Lilac Hedge Farm is a 500-acre pasture-raised meats farm in Rutland and Holden, Massachusetts. We got a good size order but what we have had has been so good. Clean taste and very fresh. Beef tallow with roasted small potatoes, a must. Just very good! Breakfast sausage was best we have tried. Thank you!
