“I have not have the best experience with Fed Ex in the past but today was completely different. I have always had a great relationship with my driver Onyx who is probably taken on a higher role at this point or at least should be given a promotion. I called last night to make sure my package would be delivered correctly as their was a delivery exception. Promptly this morning Jimmy called me and took great care of me and made sure everything was delivered correctly. He communicated with me and everyone else perfectly. I really appreciate this. “Let's admit it, going to a postal office is usually pretty stress inducing - at least for me! The lines, the attitudes, the staff, ugh.
However, I recently had to mail important information and decided to to to USPS in Holden. It was great! The staff was friendly and they were able to mail my letter and it was in-and-out.
I will come to branch next time!”
