When I asked Steve to meet a deadline, he was honest and said it would be close.
He measured the next day. Gavin called 2 days before the deadline to say he could install the room-darkening shades that afternoon. Thank you, Steve and Gavin, for the efficient service and for exceeding my expectations by 2 days!
