The girl who worked at the sewing center or whatever it’s called is so sweet, you can really tell she loves her job and enjoys helping people. She gave me really clear directions and I found what I needed within seconds. I’m pretty sure she came around the corner to see if I found the item, so I really appreciate her for going the extra mile. I went to check out at the cash register and was met by Araya, a literal ray of ☀️. She also seems to enjoy her job and is so positive! We were able to chat for a bit and she was very relatable, she made my day with the great conversation we had. Joann in Saugus has wonderful employees which is very rare nowadays, bless both of you!”
