All five of these stars are for Serena at the Salem AT&T store! Serena was the only employee working on a Sunday with a long line of customers. She greeted everyone as they came in, helped to manage their expectations on wait times and attended to each customer (sometimes more than one at a time). She was extremely knowledgeable and helped to lower our bill by 30% with some additional tips for lowering the bill even more.
Kudos to you, Serena! You deserve a raise and a promotion! As my mom said, "She could write a book on customer service."

Serena went above and beyond to help me set up my new cell phone. From a scale of 1-10, she was 20. There were issues involved in setting it up plus she had another customer in the store who also had a difficult situation. She was calm and poised and provided professional services throughout the entire experience.

I had an exceptional experience with Kevin at AT&T while setting up my new iPhone. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly attitude and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the setup process. Kevin was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with each setting and feature. He didn’t rush through anything and ensured my new phone was fully ready to go before I left the store. His professionalism and dedication to customer service made the entire experience seamless and I highly would recommend Kevin for anyone needing help with their devices! 5 stars all the way!

We went to the Vinnin Square store today and the customer service was incredible! Kevin and Norman were so knowledgeable, professional, and nice. They went above and beyond to get us set up. I hope upper management knows what assets they are to the store.

I was in this store both Saturday 12/14 and Sunday 12/15 to get two new phones and transfer a Verizon number over to AT&T. I was helped by Serena on Saturday and Norman on Sunday and I cannot express enough just how wonderful and professional they were. This was, by far, one of the best interactions and service I have experienced. It was a little complicated to get the number transferred over and I had to jump through some hoops as I forgot my Apple PW, but they took the time and guided me to where I needed to go to get that info and process the transfer.
What is mind boggling is that BOTH days I had to witness terrible customers making crazy demands and JUST NOT LISTENING TO WHAT THE STAFF INSTRUCTED THEM TO DO, yet these two people never lost their cool, never stopped smiling and continued to try and explain what they could and could not do while being berated and cussed out. I have no idea how they were able to handle that, but they did, and the most telling part was when I said, "that was a terrible customer", they replied with, "Nah, probably just someone having a bad day". For younger people, I can't express how impressed I was with their attitude and demeanor through it all but also the compassion they were willing to show people that were clearly being entitled a$$holes. 5/5!

If I could give negative stars, I would I had such a horrifying experience tonight at this AT&T location I dealt with Serena and Norman. Serena was nothing short of rude disrespectful and condescending. She refused to help us and told us we were wasting her time and then Norman sat there and decided the situation was funny and was chuckling the entire time Instead of offering help. Serena refused to give us her name actually I had to get her name from Norman when I asked what her name was she told me her name was “good night and you can leave”. Very incompetent . You are horrible at your job. You need to find a new industry to work at , just awful. And the best part was that the manager came out and just stood there and watched and said absolutely nothing as he watched customers walk out the door. I’m not sure what organization is being run, certainly not a business that values customer service or profit. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB.

My wife broke her phone and needed a new one.
Norman was absolutely terrific in helping us getting back online! He had a great attitude and was very helpful, even saving us a few dollars on a better plan.

Needed to add an extra line for an Apple Watch. Norman was outstanding! He re-did my contract adding a sixth line for the watch and saved me money from what I had previously. I highly recommend this store and Norman.
