I came in today looking for some oil for my car, everyone was super helpful but Brendan (maybe Brandon sorry I don’t have the best memory) was suuuch a help. He offered to give me a hand with my oil when I made it clear im not very savvy with cars. He showed me where a lot of things were under my hood on my new car, and did so happily. Being a younger girl with no knowledge on cars it’s really intimidating going to shops, mechanics, etc alone, but he seemed happy to help and educate me. Truly thank you!

Whenever I came in i ended up with the help I needed. I needed to have my Rollator breaks modified (i had no wrench) and they fixed it for me. Highly appreciated also because it is a mobility device and it would’ve taken longer for me to fix it

Such friendly and helpful staff! Mike helped me out big time with buying new wiper blades because I had no clue what I needed to get. He also even put them on my car for me! Thanks Mike!

Second time in a week I have been to this store. One was to have an EGR test on my car and just now for new wiper blades. Great service and the employees friendly and knowledgeable! Differently recommend this store and all Auto Zones!!

I called last minute needing tools and parts, and Dylan, along with his manager, went above and beyond. Dylan ensured I had everything I needed, patiently explaining all available options. Their expertise and friendly attitude turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Outstanding customer service—highly recommended!

went in for wiper blades and brandon was fantastic. super nice and friendly. even offered to install them for me! i just got a new car last month and he seemed genuinely excited about it as well. this is the kind of customer service that makes repeat customers out of folks!

Went to Autozone this afternoon my car has been over heating for a month couldn’t figure it out walked in two guys helped me out and figured out the issue was air in the system from one of the ports on my Reservoir being loose they tightened the port and burped the air out of the system and helped me on my way. Couldn’t be more thankful.

Stopped at the Autozone on Canal Street in Salem MA and thought I needed a new headlight. Tyler F. looked at the issue and offered to replace the bulb for me as that seemed to be the problem. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It's a true asset to have employees that go out of their way to offer help. Thank you again Tyler! You have a repeat customer here .

I came in due to AAA denying me help with a broken bolt on my dead car battery. James and Jesus went above and beyond for me. They not only replaced my old battery with the new one I bought from Walmart, but they took the time to get it to work. They also replaced my windshield wipers and gave me a free gallon of wiper fluid with my purchase. I am so stressed about my car but these two gentlemen eased my anxiety in a flash and I am so grateful. I will only be going to this AutoZone and will make sure to go in when either Jesus or James are working. Thank you for everything you did today. They have a customer for life.
