Great guys at Bouchard and Sons. Very friendly and helpful. They will fix most issues at a reasonable price or they will give you an idea of where to go for issue that they don't deal with.
You don't need to worry about being forced Into unnecessary repairs as these guys can be trusted. Highly recommend.

I have a 2022 Outback Subaru, that is needed a sticker! I stopped by the shop and asked the mechanic if they can put a sticker on my car, without hesitation or even looking at the car he quickly responded to me by saying that is going to be a long wait even though there were no cars in the bay. This is actually my second times that I have gone to this shop and asking for services, in both visit I was refused service for being an Afro-American of which I could not find any other
reasons for them for their refusal to provide me with service. This situation is definitely needed to be investigated to ensure all clients receive the same level of respect, and applying the same policies and procedures consistently to every customer, and avoiding any form of discrimination or favoritism; essentially treating everyone with fairness and dignity as a customer.

Bouchard and Sons is the BEST mechanic that I have ever been to. The shop is well managed and everything is done efficiently. The work done on my car has been of the best quality. Everyone on staff is very communicative and kind. I cannot say enough good things about this place and would highly recommend.

The only place I trust with my car. Mike and his wife are the nicest people and they do a fantastic job. The best customer service, and Mike and his team are extremely knowledgeable and caring.

Haven’t had them do work yet but have stopped in twice to get the car looked at to get an evaluation on brakes. Every time, Mike, the owner, has been so easy to work with. I trust the advice he’s given me and he’s not pushy at all. You can tell he cares about his customers and wants to provide a quality valuable service. I won’t hesitate to take my car there for future work.

Had my brakes serviced; I left my car at the shop at 10 am, and by 3 pm, the job was completed. Quick turnaround. Mike provided excellent service, demonstrating kindness and offering informative insights. I strongly endorse this repair shop for quality, efficient and customer-friendly service.

They didn’t work on my car, but because there was a 40 minute wait to get an inspection he recommended the BP station around the corner. The BP station worked out great. But kudos to Bouchard and son who seem great. I would ask them to work on my car in the future.
