  🙏🏻🌸 A Salem Policeman🚔 listened to me, I was so discouraged after I purchased my 1st Mercedes The Officer 🚔referred me to Ziad…so happy I don’t have to go to the dealership any more. Ziad & his competent staff have made repairs to my Mercedes they fix it right the FIRST time my car runs like Brand New…its a 2011 I’m so happy 😁 & grateful to the salem 🚔 referred me so grateful 😇

  I stopped using this mechanic a couple of decades ago. Very dishonest owner. I first used this mechanic because he had been recommended by a friend.
  
  Over time, I came to realize that he had seriously overcharged me for repairs on several occasions, and I decided that I'd had enough.
  
  The straw that finally broke the camel's back was when he tried to sell me a vehicle that had clearly been "fixed" after just having been in a very serious accident, for an ridiculously exorbitant amount of money. They also tried to cover up the extremely strong puke smell that was in the car by absolutely drowning it with air freshener to the point that we almost couldn't breathe even with the windows down. When I pointed it out, he got angry and tried to tell us that we were imagining it.
  
  I highly recommend avoiding this place.

  Have gone to both the gas station and inspection garage. Both are clean facilities and have friendly employees. Great experience getting my inspection sticker when the garage was busy and it was raining out; friendly and efficient. The gas station part of the business is odd though. Their digital gas prices sign at the entrance often doesn’t work so you don’t know what the price per gallon is until you get to the pump. A gas attendant will greet you and offer to pump the gas for you. What they don’t tell you is it costs $0.10 per gallon more than the listed price to have someone else pump the gas. This isn’t shown anywhere and rubs me the wrong way as a sketchy business practice. Sure, it’s only $1.50 or so more for the whole fill up but this price discrepancy should be stated somewhere. I’ve had this happen 3 different times; check your receipt after going there. I often skip this place to fill up because of this.

  Top-quality work, honesty, fast service, respect -- that's what you can expect from Ziad's shop. We got referred here after our old mechanic retired, a year or so ago, and were left very happy about the brakes job on our Fiat 500, so I didn't hesitate to take it in yesterday with what I thought was a failed alternator. Ziad found, however, that the problem was in the battery, explained everything in great detail, and less than 24 hours later we had our car back, good as new, and with a much lower bill than I anticipated. When was the last time you told your mechanic that you needed a new alternator, and he didn't take you up on it? This is how one builds trust. You can rest assured that you're in good hands with Ziad.

  Worst experience of my life. Went in for a tire repair and tried to up sale me for 4 tires. Criminal. Rude, offensive staff. Stay away. If there were no stars they would get one.

  Quoted a price 4 times higher than what was needed . Charged for an estimate . Thankfully got the job done elsewhere for a 1/4 of his quote

  Could not get fuel because I don’t have a zip code and they wouldn’t accept a canadian postal code. Only options offered by employee was cash or go elsewhere. I’m glad I spent my money somewhere else.

  The owner is very straight forward on what my options were - and suggested I go with the cheaper option that was right for my scenario once he explained my cars situation. Its the same every time I go there.In fact if you have time get quotes from other shops and compare - I did. This business became my go to on that alone. I don't hesitate to recommend this business - 5 stars.

  I had to laugh out loud when I read the positive reviews here and feel sorry for all the negative reviews. I personally worked for Ziad and he had work done on customer cars without their permission and then would argue with them and act like their friend until they paid. I had to leave because I just didnt feel good about the work I was doing. Ziad buys his friends and begs people to write him reviews for just an oil change, but if someone needs alot of work done he uses cheap parts so it keeps breaking down and over charges. All of the negative reviews here are true and I cant imagine how many people didnt post their bad experiences. I feel bad for all the people that think he is a friend, he is really 2 faced with everyone. Everyone who works for him has said he crosses the line when he talks to his employees but most people wouldnt know because its in spanish.
