My husband and I fell in love with CrossFit here! Brandi & Steve and the entire staff are some of the best in the business! Absolutely wonderful gym and classes. Thank you guys. Colby and I will miss it here.

I’ve been working out at B&S/Crossfit IronSpider for over two years now and I can honestly say my biggest regret was not starting sooner. The coaches are very knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. Not only have I gotten stronger I’ve lost weight and feel great. I highly recommend their fitness program and community.

I came as a drop in while visiting the area. An excellent experience. The trainers were very welcoming and helpful. If I lived here this would be my forever gym!
