So when in Salem you must get your cards read right? Well I have only done the tarot cards one other time in New Orleans and that was super awesome. So I wanted to see if the witch powers that be could shed some light. Well..... they didnt disappoint at all. One thing about me and Tarot readings is I dont really talk or say much before hand to see if the reader is on point. Aria so was amazing at the Tarot reading she had me in tears. This Psychic Medium only knew my name nothing else. She mentioned things that I was blown away. Remember all she knew was my name. As the reading went on she would feel the cards and each time she flipped a card over she would go into details about things about me that only friends and family have said to me over the years. This reading was the day before Halloween so the powers that be really flowed thru Aria. What a great moment to have with someone who didnt know me from Joe across the street. I gave her a huge hug after the reading and was so taken back at the things she said I was quite for an hour just processing the amazing reading I just had with Aria. THANK YOU AGAIN TO ARIA AND THE OTHER WITCH AT THE COUNTER WHO WAS ALSO SO SWEET!!!! LOVE IT......

I got a reading from Jesse that I feel like was a waste of $90. You could book online with a reader, but that doesn’t mean that was who you would end up with. I can say that the reading really didn’t resonate much and he really didn’t give me any information that I was looking for when he asked in the beginning. Also he does some kind of astrology that I can’t find anything about online to further try to look into. He said he had his crystals for where the planets are right now in the sky and I know at least one was in the wrong spot. I wish I spoke up. It sucks that I wasted $90 on essentially nothing. This is the second worst reading that I have received and I hate saying that, but I essentially walked away with no knowledge about what I asked about and I can’t say that I even learned anything because I can’t research what he told me. He also contradicted himself a couple of times. Very very disappointed and I wish I could have gotten a refund.

Never had a Psychic reading before and was skeptical- got reading with Jesse who couldn’t have been more accurate/spot on. Brought tears to my eyes and left lasting impression. Also- Tim at entrance to shop was amazing and went above and beyond to assist me during my time in Salem MA - highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

Had the best time on our resent visit. The staff was so knowledgeable about the crystals and very helpful. One of the best readings I have ever experienced. I plan on making Salem and this shop an annual trip.

Their psychic mediums are the real deal. I had my second reading May of last year. I had just experienced my third miscarriage and the medium I saw was adamant I would be pregnant soon and this baby would make it. I accepted her message wearily with a guarded heart because I was not ready to go through another pregnancy or loss. The wounds were very fresh from my last miscarriage and mentally, emotionally and spiritually I could not handle another loss. The NEXT day I found out I was pregnant (very big surprise and unexpected.) I’m here to tell you my little girl was born perfectly healthy and is now 8 months old and peacefully napping in my arms. I forget the name of the psychic medium, but I am here to say thank you. Your words offered me so much comfort and eased my anxieties while going through my pregnancy after multiple losses.

Elizabeth gave me a scary accurate Tarot card reading! She was spot on with her explanations of the cards in relation to my life, to the point that I had chills multiple times. She was extremely pleasant and comfortable, as this was my first reading. I would highly recommend!

Would not let me in the store because I'm in a wheelchair
I have aggressive cancer and am in active treatment. My daughter and I took a bucket list trip to Salem together. One of the main places I wanted to visit was Crow Haven. Saturday there were mile long lines (of course there were! It's October in Salem!!!) so Sunday morning we made a special effort to get there before they open so we could be first in line. It was cold and rainy but we didn't want to miss our again. Bundled up and cold in the rain, we rushed to Crow Haven to mark it off my bucket list. Upon arriving, I asked the fella on the sidewalk if there is a ramp. He said no. That's okay!! A lot of historical buildings don't have ramps. I said I could walk inside the store and just fold up my wheelchair and park it in case I got very weak or started to fall down. The fella didn't even let me finish my sentence before he cut me off and said "we don't have room for that, you can't come in"
He didn't offer any other solutions and he didn't let me offer any more solutions or ideas. My travel wheelchair, folded up, is about 8 inches wide and could have VERY easily fit in the empty hallway area that I could plainly see with my eyes, without getting in the way of other customers or being a hindrance to merchandise shelves.
I may never get a chance to see Salem again, but if I do, I definitely won't be spending money at Crow Haven.
Lorelei, I am very disappointed in your staff and that you would allow this.
