As a first responder, I was able to make a reservation to receive the Covid vaccine. I will say that they did this well! The organization process of checking in, where to wait, a temperature pre-check, injection and post-injection wait time was well thought out! Staff was very friendly and ensured that patients a were updated or cared for. Great experience overall!

I got my prescription here in no time at all. I am very satisfied with the pharmacist. I also got my small shopping list done too and flew right out of there since I found everything I needed with some help. Thank you CVS for your help.

The Pharmacy here, they act like more of a hindrance than a help. They seem to be angry half the time. I called up just to check if my script was ready, they refused to tell me. I had to drag my 40 day year old and my 20 month old out just to find out. They refused to tell me and I had to sit there and wait for it. with 2 kids. in the middle of salem. for 2 hours. If you can - dont use this pharmacy. They also tried to deny my meds, saying they needed a piece of paper that my doctor said they would send next day. The manager here, this soy boy is just an angry person, he became so irate when I asked, nicely, if my prescription was ready. he literally refused to tell me. I do not like these people. I will never use them again if I can help it. They seriously need some customer training or maybe some in depth - how to act like a nice human being books.
