The manager is extremely nice & helpful. Also - they don't go up on the rent very often. Overall, the BEST storage facility, hands down!!!

This storage place is overcharging for storage bins and is no where near clean enough not rodent free for the prices they are charging . They change due dates and add outrageous late fees after a day when us storage in Middletown is climate controlled and clean rodent free and brand new for half the cost

I rented a space here. Nice but second floor stairs only. You cannot ride on the lift with your items.staff is friendly & helpful??

We have had our unit for a few years now and have had no negative experiences. The staff who set up our account was very friendly and knowledgeable about their services and products. Their pricing was comparable to other self-storage places around the area. I would say the one thing I would really love to see is an update to their website and payment method. I would really like an auto payment option through their website and to access account information via their website as well.

EASI was recommended to me years ago by a co-worker when I told them I was moving to a smaller home and needed a place to store my furniture that wouldn't fit in the new place. Donna was the first person to greet me and she was extremely pleasant. EASI offered great services; like online bill pay, was surprisingly clean and they were well organized I the office... If you're ever in the need of a storage facility EASI is the best option.

My husband and I have stored here for years. We loved the facility, it was always so clean and I never had to worry about my stuff getting ruined. They have easy access, and every employee is extremely friendly and helpful. Donna is very kind and always willing to help us. We highly recommend storing here!

I was so very pleased with how professional this storage company is. The help was so great and the place is so clean. I wouldn't consider going any where else for storage . They have a great option for on line payments and they are so pleasant to work with. The Manager Donna is very professionally and handles customers with great respect. Great place!

Manager Donna is rude and has poor customer service skills. After driving two hours to facilitate a moving company pick up of some items my mother put into a storage unit, we opened the unit to find water had leaked onto her dresser. It was raining so the water had pooled. We took photos. I went and spoke to the employee who came up but the movers had already wrapped the dresser. I asked if I needed to make them unwrap it or if my photos would do, she said they were fine. Two hours later she came up and said her manager had finally gotten back to her and she needed to take photos. The dresser was already packed behind tons of stuff in a semi-truck. I told her there really wasn't a way to get to it. When we called to speak to the manager she just kept yelling at me saying why would we poor water on the dresser and that it looked like I poured water on it with a water bottle. Even her employee said she saw where it looked like it was leaking but instead of listening to me, she yelled and yelled over me. Wouldn't give me the owner's name. Claims they never had a leak but we even saw where they had patched a part of the ceiling.
