Here is the feedback I left them in my survey. Keep in mind I called customer service to explain that I had issues. They told me they don't take feedback unless if on their survey. So already a red flag here. Any rep is welcome to call me and discuss but as of now this is my answer.
- I got rescheduled 3 times, location changed and missed work 3 times because of you all. The agent the first time was sick which was fine, but then I go to the office for when i was scheduled for the rebook, they weren't there or recieved any info i was coming.
So I got sent to another location hours later. Then when I go to the next location the rep didn't know how to do part of my taxes.
- i recieved an email for a $20 free gift card if i file by 4/10. Still haven't recieved and no one knows what i am talking about.
- you almost trippled the rates from last year! I paid $375 when if I went to any standard accountant I would have paid $250 or under.
And when I called customer service, they couldn't help with the gift card. They would not take personal customer service feedback. I can only apply to the survey. Over all this was the worst experience I have had with a company in years. No one wanted to help. No one wanted to listen. The customer comes last in your model.

Told me that my taxes had already been fraudulently filed ON THEIR APP told me they couldn’t give me further information basically gave me a phone number to the irs and said good luck. After a little personal research, taxes were not fraudulently filed and I was able to file them myself on turbo tax app, plenty of h+r blocks around, avoid this location.

Great customer service this is my second year having h and r do my taxes. Nastasia Shah has been nothing but kind last year my return was rather difficult she helped me put everything in order and gave me advice on how to fix things with the IRS this year everything went through perfectly I can't wait to have Nastashia do my taxes again next year !

Bad customer service. Had an appointment for 5pm, arrived 10 minutes early. Preparer was not ready so I waited. At 5:20, I asked the receptionist to check how much longer it would be. While he was doing that, a customer came in and sat down. The manager came out to greet him, he asked if they could take a walk in? The manager proceeded to take him right in. I had been waiting a half hour and was never asked if she could help me. Receptionist came back and said it was going to be another 10 min. I cancelled my appointment and left. If she was any kind of manager she would have seen me first and had the preparer I was waiting for see the walk-in. WILL NOT RESCHEDULE.

My taxes can be very complicated since opening my business. Pamela Faraci was extremely patient (even when I wasn't ) while preparing my taxes for for meShe made sure to double check all of her work and explain the entire process to me as she filed10/10 recommend Pamela for her patience alone!
