Do not recommend. I tax preparator was difficult to understand, argumentative, and was going to enter a capital net gain when in fact it was a capital net LOSS. This mistake would have cost me roughly $1000 in my refund.

Scheduled an appointment here to get tax help, but when I got there they sat me down with someone who had such a thick accent I could barely understand him. I tried to be patient and understanding that he still knows what he’s doing, but I truly couldn’t understand him. It made for a very awkward and unhelpful experience. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Chris was very helpful and compassionate while preparing my claims. Easy to talk with and knew what she was doing, explained every step to me answering all my questions completely as well yes I will go to H&R again thank you!

Never have been treated so poorly by a secretary in my life (Tina). She was rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this H&R Block purely because of Tina.

First off I should say my whole experience here was not unpleasant. Mercedes my tax specialist was professional and friendly. However the woman at the front desk almost had me rethinking my decision to file here. She was very rude and had absolutely no people skills which seem important in a customer service role. Hearing her talk to the people before me was honestly wild to me. She did not even attempt to find solutions for them and turned them away without a second thought. I suggest they find a new front desk receptionist because her attitude towards customers is by no means acceptable.

Had a horrible experience last year where a my new tax specialist made a mistake which made me owe rather than get money back. This year decided to give them a second try. Made an appointment. Got there and they said publicly that I has to make a second appointment yelling out the reason. When I said I wanted my paperwork back This tax consultant Mercedes said "Here bye" . The male receptionist who lovely and professional looked embarrassed Bottom line poorly trained and rude tax specialists. Avoid at all costs
