It was very nice. I came in 11/9/24 and bought a deck of tarot cards and a guide book. The incense smell was not strong like some other stores, and the employees were very friendly. Id definitely come back here!

If I could give this 0 stars it would be more appropriate. We booked a seance for two of us and planned to bring our infant (we had an escape plan in case he got fussy for one of us to leave). The ticket indicated 16+ and so naturally we assumed that an infant is a free inclusion as they are in every other scenario you’d typically encounter.
Upon arrival we were informed that the baby was not allowed in. We inquired about a refund for a single ticket as we did not know he would not be allowed. The person at the counter was not only rude but also confrontational when we pushed back on the refusal to refund a single ticket.
I would recommend going literally anywhere else in this town aside from here.
Update: This response is generally what I expected. Once again, as I stated in person, I don’t see how it isn’t fair to give us a refund for a single ticket when we weren’t aware of the rules. Literally the only thing amongst your “material” that states anything about discrimination of age is the checkout where it requests the number of guests 16+ years old. I have been to funerals, weddings, long flights, movies, churches and more, all of which permit small children free of charge and without complaint. Surely you don’t believe your tourist attraction above many of those things.
In general I would have even accepted the rule had your manager not taken such a rude stance. I would encourage anyone reading THIS to read on to other reviews, many of which echo my sentiment about the attitude of the staff

Legit has the best selection and the most helpful employees. Don't remember which store I went to for reading but Angel was, well, an angel! Great vibes and everything you. Could need between the two stores. Everything comes packaged with wonderful labels and supplemental info/inserts so I love this stuff for gifts and goody bags, especially for those introductory items for the baby practitioners who need a little extra help!

I’m a bit iffy about who I get my tarot readings from, but willow was lovely. Some things sounded a bit generalized but I did connect with some of her readings. Overall it was fun and I enjoyed it.

I spent $190 in 15 min for nothing! The cashier overlapped my booking with two different ppl ( tarot/medium) and not with the person I requested. I asked for a receipt and refused. I asked for a refund on one (overlapped appt with wrong reader) and was told no refunds ( not even if it was their mistake!). I asked to speak with the mgr- was told their was no mgr on! Then I was kicked out of the store for “not being a oayong customer!” And because I was trying to explain why I wanted my refund. Even the reader Liz was trying to explain to the cashier Karma their mistake and she didn’t want to acknowledge their mistake! Horrible experience, unprofessional staff and no management! DO NOT STOP IN FOR ANYTHING! Tibet a few doors down, staff helpful and items genuine and authentic- pass by Omen psychic- unless you want to be robbed and disrespected! They will Rob you then treat you like a criminal! Definitely shouldn’t be in business!

I was skeptical coming during halloween season and really wanted to see a medium. I thought this place was going to be a money grab in salem. I knew if I didn’t end up booking I would regret it. I ended up seeing Angela and she knew things that no one would ever know! She brought me to tears. She was the best. She left me thinking “should i book it again” she let me ask questions and let me grieve peacefully. Anyone who is skeptical you will never know until you try!! Simply amazing!

Got a reading done, not good at all, booked a seance, was absolute garbage, knew as soon as we walked in she was fake as could be. Zero clairvoyant ability. She was getting paid to do a job and wasn’t even good at faking it, tbh. Total waste of money. This review is based on the fact that I’ve had real psychic mediums and real fortune tellers in the past, so I know what to expect and this is not it. This is Entertainment only, but save your money because she wasn’t even a good entertainer!

Willow was a complete delight. I was so very skeptical but she surpassed any limitations or hesitations I had. She came for our bachelorette party as it was our brides one demand. Willow was an absolute force, she had every bridesmaid feeling involved and emotional (in the best way possible). I wish that I could relive this experience all over again. Thank you so much for being so essential to this memorable bachelorette, Willow is coming to the wedding as the guest of honor ❤️❤️
