“This was my second time visiting the Peabody Post Office on Essex Center Drive concerning mail being forwarded, Again, I was helped by Aiden, the supervisor. He was extremely patient and very helpful.”
“This particular branch in Saugus MA has very difficult parking out front on a very busy thin street. There is parking behind the building, but you have to drive around, which is not a big deal. The staff are very friendly but it is busy and a line can form that will take you quite some time to get to the window. I use this post office if I’m in the area out of convenience. If I have to make a special trip, there are other quicker post offices around just as close.”
“What a quaint post office. And every time I stop in, the clerk on duty is always chipper. I think it's so sweet too that they always have a basket of candy on the counter! It's efficiently run & I am always fortunate to get a parking spot right out in front.”

“I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from Boxford Post Office and Postmaster Giana Stachulski. I had ordered a package from Australia on November 30th, with the intention of giving it as a present today, December 20th. However, the USPS tracking updates were sluggish, and I was starting to worry it wouldn’t arrive in time. After submitting a request for my package to be expedited, Giana went above and beyond to make sure I received it.
She personally called me to let me know the package had arrived at the Boxford Post Office, and she assured me that she would carefully search through the parcels to find mine. True to her word, Giana hand-delivered the package to me, ensuring it made it to me on time for my special occasion. I was absolutely blown away by her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
This level of care is rare, and it’s clear that Giana is truly committed to her community. Thank you, Boxford Post, for having such a fantastic team! Giana, you made my day—I'm beyond grateful for everything you did!”

“I have visited this post office several times in the last few weeks and have had nothing short of outstanding service. The staff all are extremely timely, courteous, and helpful. There is rarely a line and if there is, there are 2 associates helping up front. The attitude of the staff is positive, kind, but also professional and helpful. All the staff I have interacted with are kind, but Alicia especially has been amazing. I have a somewhat complex and time consuming transaction and she doesn’t skip a beat with it. She embodies what every employee should strive for and I would go out of my way to visit this location as unfortunately I have not had this same experience at all locations, it varies wildly. 5 shining stars to Alicia and this location!”

“The Staff at this location are 2 of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I come in there with at least 30 priority envelopes to mail, each one having to be manually entered. It can be time-consuming and tedious. Kelly has helped me the last 2 times I've been in and the other woman (whose name has escaped me, sorry!) helped me during my first visit. Both have been so great, helpful and friendly. They get me in and out of there in record time and make my experience very pleasant. Heck, even the fellow customers I've encountered there are super friendly, too! It's nice to be helped by people that are happy to be helping! Great work, keep it up!”
“If this was the one in Beverly Mas, it was great. They were really nice and helpful. Unlike the one in Hamilton they were awful and they got yelled at where I parked.”
“Wonderful customer service. The mail carrier, Jose, doubled back at the end of his route to deliver a package for my daughter when it was realized that it had been marked for the incorrect route. To go that extra distance (literally and figuratively) to deliver a package for a girl on her birthday really restores a little bit of faith back in humanity for me. I needed to replace my Passport Card. I was in Houston the week before and tried to do it. I was met with rudeness and ignorance and took my stuff and left.
I was absolutely thrilled with the service I recieved at the Lynn, Willow Street, PO. The teller, Rashid, was calm, knowledgeable, and efficient. Asked pertinent questions and offered suggestions on how I might do things.
If all of Government & business operations were as good as I encountered here this country would be running much better than what we have now.”

“Very happy with the service. Was desperate to send a big big package on Saturday and Tom helped me a lot. Just call before you're there, they will answer immediately and will try to solve the issue. They will accept prepaid packages only, so if you need to send something keep it in mind.”
