The location is fine, though it can be hard to find carts. What really appalls me is that they're raising my rent 300% after being in there just 3 or 4 months. Despicable.

Prime Storage is an excellent place for personal storage which goes above and beyond everyone else! Their units have higher ceilings than other places, their prices are extremely reasonable by comparison, there is free electricity available for those who need it, they offer $100 Amazon gift card for referrals, Danny and Liz in Salem are exceptionally helpful with needs, problems, and rate adjustments, and the list goes on and on! Do yourself a favor and rent storage space from Prime Storage. You will be glad you did.

Prime Storage in Salem, MA was good for its purposes. (Climate Control Storage, Flatcar Use, and Good Availability Times). Its Parking Lot was never totally full. The Lot also has a good Waterfront View.
The Drawbacks are lack of available bathrooms. (Unfortunately, closed permanently due to vandalism on a regular basis. So not really their fault). Also, the monthly price went from $50 to $90 in Six Years.

I signed up. Provided my credit card and left only to discover that they didn't put me or ask about recurring payments. So they charged me a late fee the second month and then increased my base fee the third month. If I wasn't away, I'd be moving now
