My loan officer Brenda was amazing! She was very helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure I was aware of all my options. Not to mention, her and team were very attentive and responded promptly to all of my emails/questions. As a first time homebuyer, the entire closing team made the transition as smooth as possible. This morning, March 1, 2022, I noticed a problem with three transactions not going through to my checking account. I called Salem Five Bank and discussed it with a very pleasant employee name Rita. She explained the situation, and promised to let me know about follow up in my account. She was most congenial, and that truly means a lot. Much appreciated, as kindness is always appreciated. This was the bank in Salem. Thank you for your professionalism and accuracy!

Invested lots of money with Eric Burbon , after a decade. We Lost money. Eric obviously doesnt know what he is doing , interested in earning $$ Commissions, and not caring about clients.10 years and we lost money. We would have made more money investing in CDs @ the Bank. This was am awful experience and Eric knows all about it.Eric sold a product and that was it. Never called us, never spoke with us about rebalancing or reviewing the investments.Beware of Eric Burbon, DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH HIM , unless you enjoy losing money over a long period of time. The only person who made money was Eric Burbon I found out he got thousands in commissions and that was the end of the relationship.

Horrible customer service if ever trying to call on the phone. Can not reach anyone and if you do, its extremely unhelpful. Choose another bank.

Basically they cannot give an answer if they do a hart pull on the credit to open a new account they say no and that yes blah blah blah bureaucracy immagine if that is at first as it would be if there was a problem after they pocketed your money.

Customer service is nonexistent here. Employees have stock responses which they repeatedly give with no acknowledgement of hearing the customer's concerns. There are many hidden fees and limits. Overall, this is the worst banking experience I have had in over 40 years.
