I put my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee through the car wash and it ripped my back window frame off. Vehicle had no material defects going in , upon exiting vehicle had damage . If I did not use their car wash vehicle wouldn’t have suffered damage . The owner will not take responsibility for this claiming my vehicle must have had a loose part that ripped off. Absolutely not. Very poor business practice.

Car Wash is not good at all. The track we were on was very problematic, wash left soap on our car and the dryers didn’t help either. The employee that helped us with the pay station was friendly though. Store is nice though, and they also offer a service station.

The idiot that works at 11pm is the dumbest person I have ever met, he DOESN'T know how to split a payment (cash/debit) how hard is it? You take the cash & then debit the rest, SERIOUSLY if a customer wants $10 & has $5 on the card you put $10 on the pump take the $5 cash & charge the card $5 this is not rocket science!!! & If you ask him anything in between is stupid stoned spaced out looks you get "huh" for a response,GO ELSEWHERE YOU'LL DO MUCH BETTER

Quality service with the professional experience to back it , better fuel prices than their competitors with both self serve as well as gas pump attendees they wouldn't have remained in business for over 30 years if it were untrue... Common sense....Nuff said

The absolute worst place in town to go to! Customer service is nonexistent here! Everything is way overpriced the only thing going for it is it’s a good place to dump your trash and get air for your tires! Other than that…Stay away! There is a single (as in one) female that works there and she is the only one who has a great personality and is very nice!

I took my car to Shell gas station for a rear brake job. I bought my own rotors and brake pads. John the mechanic charge me $230 ,which is way over priced. I drove off and my rear Right wheel is making a annoying grinding noise. I brought it back ,he took a look at it ,the noise isn’t so bad now ,but it’s still there,and the biggest thing of all,my parking brake worked perfectly fine before I brought it there ,and now it doesn’t work at all. I don’t know what he did to it ,but it no longer works ,and he put no effort into fixing it. Very disappointed. I thought he was a good mechanic. Now I have to find somebody else.
