Went in to combine two lines and look at wifi plans, Nate was great! Very knowledgeable and explained all of our option’s thoroughly!! I would recommend my friends and family to this store and hope to work again with Nate in a few weeks to set up a new iPad!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the T-Mobile store on Highland Ave in Salem, and I must say, I was truly impressed by the level of customer service I received from Christianna and Austin. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome, making me feel right at home.Christianna and Austin went above and beyond in assisting me with my inquiries and concerns. They both demonstrated extensive knowledge about the products and services T-Mobile offers, patiently answering all of my questions and providing personalized recommendations based on my needs. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring my satisfaction as a customer.What really set this experience apart was the attention to detail and the extra mile Christianna and Austin went to make sure I left the store happy. They took the time to walk me through setting up my new device, transferring my data, and even showed me some helpful tips and tricks to get the most out of my purchase.

NEVER COME HERE. Absolute dogshit sales reps. The one gay guy in there (I forgot his name) sold me a hotspot for 48 dollars. He said it was normally 200 dollars but it's on sale for 48 dollars, So I bought it. I asked "if I end up not using this as much as I think I'm going to, can I return it" he says yes there is a 14 day return policy. I then return 6 days later and I ask to return the device as I didn't use it like I thought I would. He tells me there is a 40 dollar restocking fee... when I asked him why he didn't mention the restocking fee he said "it's on your receipt"..... how would I know about a restocking fee before my purchase if I have to buy it first to find out about it? Anyways I decide that since I paid 48 dollars for this, and it would cost 40 to return, then I might as well keep it and cancel the service. So I call T-Mobile to cancel and they tell me that the device is actually 200 dollars and that the 48 dollars I payed was just an installment..... so this guy just straight up lied to my face to get his commission... I would never have bought it if I knew it was 200 dollars. I've been on the phone with T-Mobile for hours and they finally agreed to let me send in the device to get my money back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You're better off going somewhere else where they won't lie to you to get a sale. Would rate 0 if I could.

I walked into this location and waited patiently while the only employee in the building served a family of 4. While i was waiting, another family of 4 walked in. After she was done with the first family, she skipped over me and went to the next family and their 4 phones without any explanation. Rude. Did she know them personally? It seemed like maybe she did. While working with them, she did stop and ask me what I needed help with, but she seemed irritated and unfriendly, and ultimately either didn't have the knowledge or just felt she should get back with the second family and was done with me. What a waste of gas. The guys I have encountered there have been very knowledgeable and helpful when i needed assistance since I transferred service 4 months ago; but between my experience with this gal, and the trouble I'm having with wifi, T-mobile is definitely not winning my loyalty. DO BETTER.

I was recently there to see how I can get my 10.5" tab fixed,screen was smashed to peices,but still worked..well,I believe the one who helped me out was christianna,and the kid with the nice eyes(you know who you are..lol)..I not only walked out of there with info on how to get my tab fixed but I walked out of there with ANOTHER tab for FREE,YES,FREE!!...as well as my bill being lowered by $30!!..this is the first time I actually walked out of there happy,when sprint employees were there,they were so rude and their favorite phrase was "I don't know"!!!...when you pay big money for a device,last thing you want to hear is "I don't know"!!..great job over there on highland ave!!..still waiting to get my first tab fixed,but I have another one in the mean time!!

I felt like Taylor "saved my life".my phone disappeared, and I was in shock, thinking that all my data, my passwords, my contacts, etc. were lost.Taylor quickly took care of me, and I was shocked at just how much data he was rable to recover from the cloud, even though I personally had not backed things up.Cynthia was also extremely patient and helpful with all of my follow up questions. Lovely and informative!Taylor was charming, witty and funny, so he took care of me personally by helping me to calm down, as well as getting me set up and running on my new Samsung S21 FE. On the house!I can't recommend TMobile on Highland Ave in Salem enough!

They DONOT know how to do their job! Nothing was saved when I got my new phone there. Also I CANNOT text or call anybody that doesn’t have an I phone etc. I will Make Sure they go out of business & they will get what they deserve! Watch your back!
