The company falsely used my information for an appointment. Documenting I booked/areived/experienced a visit. I kept receiving messages/reminders/now this survey. Spoke to the facility 3 times and was told “must be more people with your name” and had no interest in rectifying the situation.

Not a fan, Had an appt. that they took their time getting around to. Then my cut was interrupted for ten minutes while they answered questions about hair products to someone at the counter. Mediocre cut and service. I'll spend 5 bucks more somewhere where I will be valued.

Reservations are apparently meaningless. They took 7 people who arrived after us, with no explanation, while we waited half an hour (after arriving 5 minutes before our “reservation”). We ended up walking out. Don’t waste your time.
