I have been at gyms and with personal trainers for most of my adult life. Now 71 years young, I spent over 20 years as a professional athlete. TD Athletes Edge is by far one of the best, most cost effective and personalized training I have experienced. I highly recommend their whole body approach, injury prevention and strength training.

I have been a member of TD Athlete's edge for nearly 4 months now and have been extremely impressed with my experience thus far. While initial hesitant due to the premium price point, it's been well worth the investment and I'm very glad that I finally made the decision to give it a try. I'm an active individual with strong motivation to work out but had grown frustrated by lack of progress at the gym and nagging injuries. After an initial assessment with Tim to identify my trouble areas and weak spots, it's clear that my training program has been specifically designed to help me achieve my goals. Each month, my program refreshes and advances which keeps me moving forward. I'm excited to see where this experience takes me!

TD Athletes Edge is truly unlike any gym or rehab space I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is inviting, calm, and supportive—none of the usual loud, high-pressure gym vibes. It’s a space where strength training and rehabilitation genuinely coexist, and you feel it the moment you walk in.
What sets TD apart is how complete the experience is. They have physical therapists, highly knowledgeable strength coaches, areas to relax and recover sore muscles, and even options like cold plunge and dry heat sauna. It feels like a place designed to help you build a sustainable physical rhythm, not just push through workouts.
I’ve been fortunate to train with the founder, Tim, whose expertise is evident in every session. His expertise and experience working in the NBA with the Lakers show up in the way he pays attention to posture, biomechanics, and long-term well-being that starts with a thorough assessment of each part of the body and muscle groups so he could design a customized plan. Beyond his technical skill, the discipline, kindness, and camaraderie he models flows through the entire team.
Both my spouse and I have also worked closely with Sara, whose manual therapy work is phenomenal. Her ability to identify and relieve pain with precision has been a game-changer for us.
If you’re looking for a place that brings together science-driven training, genuine care, and a community feel, TD Athletes Edge is the place. Highly recommended!

TD Athletes Edge is a fantastic training center. The strength and conditioning program is truly unique. Tim and his staff tailored my strength training to help me through injuries and discomfort and I’ve been steadily gaining strength and building muscle in the 18 months I’ve been going. The trainers and staff there are a delight—I truly look forward to working out with them every time I go. This place got me consistently doing strength and conditioning work for the first time in my life—I can’t believe how much better I feel, and how much I enjoy my workouts. I’m so grateful to have found this gym—in my mid-50s I feel confident that Tim will keep me moving well into the coming decades. The positive energy and science-backed program developed by physical therapists make for a best-in-class training center. When I started 18 months ago, I found it hard to get off the floor—now I’m down 40 pounds and working hard to improve balance and strength. This place is a treasure and I am so grateful to the team for getting me moving again!

The whole team at TD Athletes Edge has helped me get back to doing what I love doing- Skiing being the big one this time of year! I was evaluated and put on a training plan for the last 2 months and just over 7 months after a full knee replacement I was back hitting the slopes, incredibly happy! Thank you Team TD Athletes Edge!

My first two months at TDAE have been terrific. The staff have been very helpful, the facility is spacious and well equipped, and they run their operation extremely well. The ability to flexibly schedule coached workouts may be the best part. I can't always keep a regular schedule, and with their app it could not be easier to reschedule classes -- even on short notice -- at times that work for me. I highly recommend TDAE.

TD Athletes Edge is a welcoming place that reflects the depth of skills and upbeat nature of its founder/leader Tim DiFrancesco, who served as strength and conditioning coach for the Lakers in Kobe Bryant’s day. The workouts are designed specifically to your needs. The instructors are energetic, constructive and (I am especially grateful for this) not judgmental. I’ve wanted to join for years — and happy to say that my high expectations are being met.

Tim is a fantastic trainer. He helped me safely rebuild strength after a hip flexor injury by tailoring workouts that challenge without risking reinjury. He’s great at breaking down anatomy and exercise science in simple, relatable terms, which helps me understand exactly why each movement matters. His upbeat energy and encouragement make every session enjoyable, and I’ve seen good progress over the past eight weeks!

I’ve been with TD And his team since they first opened their doors! As a Ironman Triathlete in my 50s, they have helped me stay strong and healthy so I can continue to compete in the sport I love. I’m constantly amazed to see new exercises on my plan after being with them for several years. The staff is friendly and motivating! If you show up and are consistent, you will get the results!
