Inventory is totally unorganized, they don't know how to stock up on inventory for the community. The prices are outrageous. They definitely need somebody who can keep up with the inventory & if they're claiming they're not responsible they need to make the company of the products phone number public as a reordering advertisement on the shelf , problem solved ! If that's not an availability use your own vehicle & go to another store with the store credits for the location you manage, I've done it when I was in the same situation why can't you ?

free parking is available to customers for 30mins only, with a signage that says it will be towed beyond that. it's a small lot for around <10 cars. if you are looking for cheap carparks in Salem downtown, park at MBTA Salem Station ($2/day for weekends, $5/day for weekdays). 15min walk to most attractions.

I take a daily “controlled substance “ and twice they could only do a partial fill and then I had to make a million phone calls because the other part wasn’t coming in until 5 days later. This medication I cannot stop abruptly and they should know that. I do feel the pharmacist does judge people especially when dealing with controlled substances which is so wrong because she has NO IDEA what I have gone thru. Plus this pharmacy is CLOSED on Sundays. I WILL be changing pharmacies

This location is now charging $3.59 for a 2 liter bottle of name brand soda. That's beyond ridiculous, even with the current inflation and trade tariffs. Now way I'll ever pay that price. I'll be buying elsewhere.

Who ever is working and running this place should be ashamed of themselves!!!! Horrible customer service and you ask for something specific at the photo center and they give you whatever they want to give you, it’s dirty and the workers are so rude and unprofessional!!!! I’ve live next door for 3 years and go to them all the time because it’s convenient, I will make it a priority to go to a further location! I’ll never ever go there again!

WORST STOCKED PHARMACY EVER!!,when my neds get called in I have to get part of it & ALWAYS come back days later, I was told that now that they're aware that I need them they'll keep more in stocks, NOT THE CASE!!!!
I am told it's a "controlled substance " as was my wife's percosett, but once they learned we need them every month I WAS NO LONGER AN ISSUE, THUS IS DUSCRIMINATION!!!! I was already told that I am THE ONKY ONE WHO GETS THEM HERE (as if disgusting that I get them)

Dirty Walgreens & sketchy customers with garbage bags walking around the aisles frantically. Overall, understaffed. The staff present was not knowledgeable about available products or inventory.

Not just Walgreens but the entire town of Salem has no public access to bathrooms. So beyond irritated that my child has to take a car ride to 10min away from our destination to pee!
