This is my 3rd time here at the pharmacy. They make you feel like your part of their family. Rare gem

I used to go to the Walmart pharmacy in Saugus and apparently I was spoiled there. Everyone was always so nice. I went to this Salem one for the first time since I moved to Salem and they weren’t very friendly. Didn’t greet me, I had to wave them down. Then they said one of my scripts was written wrong and they said I had to call my doc to have them fix it. My old pharmacy always offered to reach out to my md about these things. Then when I got my md office on the line I asked them for the physicians phone number and they made it seem like I was asking for their first born child. I don’t know if they are just understaffed, or if this is their usual demeanor, but if this is going to be a recurrence, I will most likely switch to a different pharmacy.

My script was written on the ‘wrong' type of paper. They didn't fill it, but every other pharmacy does.

With small children going to the pharmacy is a regular occurrence, the pharmacists that work there know me and are always helpful in answering any questions I may have. The only issues I have ever had there were caused by our health insurance screw ups. They are always willing to call the doctors office to ask about refills and dosages if I think it was different.

Just got off the phone with a gal. Not sure if she's the pharmacist or tech but she was rude and impatient and just wanted to end the call. Just because you're understaffed and hate your place of work, don't take it out on the customers.
