I attempted this course years ago. I failed thinking it was because I didn't understand the material well, or was "bad at saving lives." I now have plenty of experience in emergencies and I can tell you that was NOT the case. The curriculum could be more structured.

Had the most pleasant experience training for my BSL certificate. The online portion was a bit finicky to get into but once in the program offered easy navigation and voice narration which I find helps keep me less distracted. Though my live class was a bit smaller, I had the best instructor (DiAndra). She made me fell comfortable as we practiced with the manikins, trying to figure out my desired orientations and offered a safe presence for me to ask all my varying questions. She gave valuable tidbits and taught me in the standard way as well as her preferred methods with detailed explanations. Her confidence and knowledge was so inspiring. So happy to have had the opportunity to meet her. 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. The instructors aren’t terrible but the owner is all about the money. They help prepare you for the practical EMT test but don’t do much to prepare you for the National Written test. Training focuses all on practical skills with maybe 20 mins of each class focusing on the actual written test information. Do yourself a favor and try one of the many other EMT classes in the area.

Fantastic training facility. The instructors are helpful, friendly, passionate about the material, and make sure you are learning and applying the information in a proper manner. The class was a lot of fun as well, and I really looked forward to it every week. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for an EMT class!

Took a CPR class there last summer. It was well presented, the instructor took their time to explain, and modifications were made on the spot for my bad knee. I highly reccomend!

Very thorough BLS CPR training. My instructor geared my training to my work setting and explained things in a very easy to understand manner & very comprehensive. I will definitely go to when seconds count when it's time to renew!

After taking multiple CPR classes, I was planning on writing an essay during this one. When I showed up the instructor was very hands on, hilarious and knowledgeable. First time I've actually wanted to pay attention. Im so confident in my CPR skills now. Thank you so much for everything
