“Took a while to get an estimate (I played phone tag with office mgr). When I got it and pushed back on the detail, the owner told me to come by and let him take a look. He agreed with me that a whole new lift gate wasn't necessary (problem was really with misaligned hinges), and on the spot he manipulated the door manually and got it to close practically like new! Saved me thousands of dollars. And he is a thoroughly nice guy to boot. I'd definitely return here for other auto body jobs in future.”
