I brought my car there in February to get an estimate on Rocker panel rust removal. Chris looked at the car and suggested that I bring it back in the spring and he would be able to work on it.
When I went back three weeks ago, I reminded them of our conversation And said I had returned to have him do the work. He said that he was on the phone at present and to write my name and phone number on a piece of paper and he would call me to discuss this with me.
All this time has lapsed and I’ve heard nothing. evidently, he is a skilled auto body restorer, but seems to have trouble following through on the front end with potential customers.

i took my 1999 lexus rx 300 here as we knew chris and his family for over 60 years he quoted me over the phone it would cost $3000 to do it i thought that was a little outrageous even my uncle thought so for changing sensors and new brakes they tow truck driver forgot to unlock it and let it off the truck ruining the brand new brakes i just put on it so wasnt happy about that so it took months to repair for a simple sensor changing and brakes he contacted me car was ready i went there with my friend with a check for $3000 he shows me a bill for $6000 and expected me to pay the difference of things i never autorized for him to do he switched and baited me and doubled the price like im stupid i tried to give him the $3000 he wanted the $6000 i asked if i could pay the difference in payments with the check for $3000 he refused said he didnt want to wait to be paid so months go by then he decides ti take me to court to get the money i got nowhere with that court its as if he knew everybody there that was 12 years ago i have not seen my car since though i have the title and continued to pay for it i just found out he changed the vin number to sell it tru a detective why i wasnt able to locate it all these years so i would not trust chris with nothing he is the biggest crook on the planet and he left me and my mom who are both disabled without a car all these years i would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy not very happy with good reason he stole my 30.000 car from me that i paid for over a bogus repair scam i feel he owes me a car he is arrogant and full of himself and i dont know how he sleeps at night

Had a wonderful experience with Chris's auto body. Was grateful that I lived close by as he gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car and picked me up when my car was done. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs body work or electric work done on their car. Thank you, Chris.

I have been a customer of this garage for 33 years so far. Chris is honest and will give it to you straight. I have had vehicles serviced with them of all kinds of makes from Chevy to Volvo. Their biggest strength is if they cannot fix it and need to have the dealership do it, they tell you. Anything I have had fixed, stayed fixed and I trust them implicitly with my car. I have gone to other mechanics and I have found Chris' is the only one who hasn't tried to invent more repairs to have you return. They want your car to work and fixed properly.

Never got a chance to have work done but I will tell you this, Chris talks to people like they are below him. Went for a quote and walked out because of his arrogance. Must happen a lot because he didn't even blink at the fact that he lost a potential customer.
