Salisbury pharmacy is the worst! the customer service is terrible and the people that work there including the pharmacist are the most rude and don't care about the patients and there well being! I have never been treated worse! Also CVS change your hours on your website! so people do t drive to your location for no reason!!! it's very inconvenient! As is the treatment u recieve when u get to the pharmacy! Terrible customer service and very rude iemployees, making your trip to CVS a terrible disheartening experience!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacy employees make going there or calling in the worst experience you'll ever have when it comes to service and receiving meds on time. And do not rely on calling in your prescriptions, because they are not likely to be ready when you think. While there are a few normal and helpful pharmacists and assistants, the majority are very rude to the customers and treat your phone calls like second rate customers. Also some prescriptions are able to be filled 2 days prior. It is a policy at CVS. However, one of the pharmacists will only do it one day in advance if that. It all depends on who you get. Very poor consistency. Not at all what you would expect from a pharmacist. It seems like this CVS branch is not being overseen very well by upper management, or upper management itself just doesn't give a darn. Try to find somewhere else if you can but if not, good luck and beware of this poorly staffed and managed pharmacy.

WOW - 0 stars. My husband scheduled our 19 year old daughters COVID booster weeks in advance, as soon as she finished final exams. She drove 40 minutes and showed up on time for her 6:00 pm appointment but the woman working at the pharmacy refused to administer the shot because the email confirmation went to my husband who has the same last name as our daughter. The forms were filled out with our daughters name and information. The woman refused to speak to my husband on the phone while my daughter was there. No one else was waiting. My daughter was told to go online and reschedule for the next morning. This behavior is unacceptable and inexplicable when we are trying so hard to protect our health care workers. MY PHONE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED ALSO!

I schedule a covid test for travel 10 days in advance. The MORNING of the appointment I received a call that my test had been cancelled. NO EXPLANATION. Just that it what cancelled and if I had questions I should call back. I called back twice and both times was disconnected as soon as I stated my concern about my covid test being cancelled. I had to scramble to try and find another site. Still not sure I can travel as have not received my results yet. This was totally unprofessional and their lack of help and sensitivity was astonishing.

Woman with dark hair working at the Pharmacy needs to get the sand out of her vagina. She's always miserable.
