I can only share my experience from today.... I've been trying to transfer my prescriptions because I am on vacation here. My store in North Andover nobody picked up the phone... I called Salisbury, and the pharmacist answered right away. And transferred our prescriptions. I am extremely grateful and the woman was polite, incurtious, so thank you.

The store is the worst pharmacy in the world. I was on my phone in line waiting to be helped the pharmacist let me stand there in the line waiting for a good 10 to 15 minutes, she proceeded to ask me if I was done on my phone before she would help me. she could’ve asked me that right from the beginning but instead, let me stand there for quite some time before Addressing me , another gentleman walked in behind me so she had no choice but to acknowledge me. She has no right to tell me whether or not to use my Phone, The behavior from every single person at the CVS store in the salisbury pharmacy is beyond rude, and go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable . i will say the staff in the store part of the store Are very nice and accommodating !it is the pharmacy that is absolutely disgusting and rude as a matter of fact, I had to call after the incident happened because They had forgotten a medication and when I called back, the pharmacist made another comment over the phone that she didn’t like my message , on my message, I stated you’re rude incompetent pharmacy forgot one of the medication’s after having a very bad experience at the store. She proceeded to argue with me on the phone over my message. Telling me how she has her doctorate and so on and so forth She asked me to refrain from leaving messages stating that the pharmacy is rude. I have a right to say how I feel and how I am treated. instead of apologizing and saying, I’m sorry you had a bad experience. She decided to argue. They are clearly wrong and out of line I hope and pray my call to the corporate office will help the store. I will never go back into that store again I’m going to have my prescriptions filled elsewhere .

Same problem that all the other one stars have posted , hours waiting for prescriptions called 10 am went to pick up 5pm only two filled out of four !! When you call to talk to a pharmacy they tell you they want you to leave a message and will back to you !! Frustration you get and they don't care !!

Stay away from the CVS. Their stock is atrocious and their pharmacy staff go out of their way to make it extremely difficult to help you. I will drive past the CVS to go to Newburyport because of the staff at the store. I will never spend another dime at this salisbury location.

Extremely limited items in this location. I would only return if necessary to get a prescription but mind you the pharmacy closes earlier than the store itself .
I think they both should close at the same time.
Odly shaped store inside. Uncomfortable to shop.

Rude pharmacist who didn’t care that my daughter was having a very bad reaction and needed her medicine ASAP. Was told there were other prescriptions that needed to be filled first and that we’d have to wait a half hour then she promptly hung up on me. Clerk was rude as well when we showed up. Like we were pains for making them have to do their jobs. No empathy at all. No sense of customer service or care. Disgraceful!

Not enough pharmacy staffPerhaps why the unfriendly and rushed services as the employees are working harder than they should have toAlso many times can't get help over the phone for a couple hours and when I do I've been placed on hold and forgotten or waited extremely long periodsI changed over my scripts from one doctor to another pharmacy already after an awfulspring summmer and fall of 2023I get prescriptions still from one doctor and it's never a pleasant experienceI have had a better experience at a CVS elsewhere in past

Some of these people are so unnecessarily RUDE. For them to do there jobs is such an inconvenience. I had to wait for my perscription which should not take long to put pills in a bottle. She tells me it's gonna be a few hours. I said I'm on my lunch break. I jeed to wait. I work 45 minutes away and therte closed when i leave for work in the morning and when i get out at night. She said well atleast an hour. Didn't say one word when she came over to begin with. Just grabs the perscription. Has done nothing but through things around since I have been sitting here. Went to the Newburyport location dame exact thing. The woman threw the perscription back at me. Unacceptable when you work in customer service. I just don't understand why people have to be so incredibly rude.

cvs pharmacy In Salisbury Massachusetts on Lafayette rd. Every single person except 1 is rude,miserable, unfriendly,arrogant and unprofessional and go out of their.way to make every single thing difficult!!!!
