I have been going to Eclipx salon for about 10 years now and continue to love the energy, professionalism, and talented stylists at the salon. Most recently, Natalie and Lianna did mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. I could not feel happier with the results. Natalie and her team continue to amaze me. They helped me feel beautiful and confident on my big day.

I had a fantastic experience at Eclipx Salon! The atmosphere is stylish and relaxing. Eva was my stylist, and she did an incredible job with my haircut. She really listened to what I was looking for and helped me figure out a style that worked perfectly for me. I also had a lot of questions about coloring my hair in the future and she helped talk me through different techniques to achieve the look I want. She really knows her stuff! I’m so glad I found this place—can’t wait to come back for my next appointment with Eva!

I travel from Tewksbury to Amesbury to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted & my lashes lifted and tinted with Jacki Costello! I discovered Jacki a few years ago closer to home and when she changed locations it was an absolute no brainer to travel to her because she is meticulous and an expert. My eyebrows are very light and the tint makes my eyes pop along with the shaping being absolutely perfect. I add the lash lift and tint, especially in the summer, when I wear makeup less. Jacki is worth driving to and an absolute expert in her field! 10/10!

Love this salon! Kelli is my stylist and she is the sweetest and also great at listening to my concerns or thoughts and using & recommending products or giving advice to help keep my hair healthy. Kelli goes above and beyond with any service I've had. She also works miracles when it comes to a professional blowout! I have no idea how she does it. Always comes out amazing.
Kelli & Natalie also recently did hair for the bridal party at my best friends wedding, and we were all so so happy with the results. They were so fun & made the morning getting ready feel really special.
Highly recommend Eclipx Salon and supporting these amazing woman - thank you for all you do, Kelli! :)

Today was my first time visiting this salon. I had a cut, color and gloss with Mikaela and I’m thrilled with my hair! Mikaela was so personable and chock full of talent. I haven’t loved my hair this much in a long time. The price for the services I received was more than fair, and Mikaela took her time and made certain I was satisfied and comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

A recent move to the area had me in need of a new stylist. Such a daunting task! I feel so lucky to have found India at Eclipx. Her knowledge and experience was evident from the first appointment. She took the time to talk with me about my hair, recent challenges I was having with texture changes, and reviewed photos I saved for color and cut. She’s helped me embrace my waves and has suggested cuts and product that I’ve really enjoyed. Plus, she’s so incredibly nice and laidback I feel very at ease during the appointment and confident when I walk out. The salon and all I’ve encountered there have been very welcoming - highly recommend!

Edit: it has been a year and I still cant get my hair highlighted or anything I would like done to it. The work of the salon is absolutely horrendous and I would not recommend anyone. Their customer service may be well, but if they can’t do hair, then I don’t really understand what type of business they have going for them. don’t mean to be harsh, but they literally fried off my hair.
I booked an appointment at this salon on a whim to get my hair done for my birthday. I don't go to a stylist that often, so seeing the good reviews and the fact that this salon "specializes" in brunette hair made me convinced that this salon would help me get my hair to where I wanted it. I have included photos to see the laughable progress of my hair through using Eclipx Salon.
Picture 1 is the hair I started with.
Picture 2 is what I asked for.
Picture 3 is what I left with after my visit.
Picture 4 is going back the next day and getting it darker because my whole head was literally all LIGHTENED. make it make sense.
Picture 5 is what I left with the second day which I was happy with, but as you see in picture 6 it all faded out and turned blonde/orange tint.
Picture 6 is what I came out with after ASKING TO MATCH MY ROOTS. Picture 1 and 6 are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
Salon told me that the darkness in the hair would fade out - it hasn’t. I gave one star for the customer service- the owner was very willing to refund me and stylists were nice. But nothing can replace the anxiety of trying out another hair salon. I had to go back 3 times to this salon just to leave with something I hate and did not ask for - not to mention the stress of seeing a stylist in the same salon. Even though I was refunded, I still feel like there is irreplaceable damage done to my hair I did not respect or ask for.
Don’t go here unless you’re getting something a toddler could do or if your supporting a friend that works here.

Eclipx salon is wonderful. It is a beautiful, comfortable, clean, salon.
Stylist: I was very nervous about going somewhere new but moved to New Hampshire recently so had to find someone I trusted. Jenn did an amazing job. She did exactly what I wanted. She is fabulous. I cannot say enough about her. She is friendly and very tentative. She knew I was nervous but she eased my nerves like no other. I will not go anywhere else. Jenn is so talented. Thank you Jenn.

My mom has been my hair dresser for 28 years now and she getting to the age where she’s retiring so I had to start looking for a new hair dresser (which was SUPER scary for me) but Jen did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and I’m so happy I got to work with her!! 12/10 would recommend ?

Jacki is a true artist when it comes to my eyelashes and brows! I’ve been going to Jacki for years and I’m always happy with my results. I prefer more of a “natural” look and Jacki delivers - my lashes always look full, and my eyebrows clean. Jacki is efficient, professional, clean, and detail oriented. I’ve also had dermaplaning and facials done by Jacki, and again, I can’t say enough great things about those experiences as well. If you’re looking for an experienced professional, who cares about her clients and making them happy, book with Jacki!
