Andrea was very helpful and accommodating with paperwork and when the increase of rent was a bit too high for the unit I have, she worked with me for a fair price so I ended up staying.
Andrea is very nice and you can discuss anything with her.

I rented a storage unit after my dad moved into an assisted living facility and ended up keeping it for over a year. Everything went smoothly from move-in to move-out. The property was always very clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience.

I was a walk in and rented a unit from Patricia. She was very kind and personable. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I ended up needing to rent another unit a few weeks later. I called the national number by accident and went through the process on line. The experience was sterile and not the experience I had in person with Patricia. I miss the days of good, friendly eye to eye interaction. Im tired of call centers.

Anytime I call or have an issue, she responds quickly, checks into the issue, and resolves immediately. She is always extremely professional and friendly. She is the reason I continue to do business with Extra Space Storage.
