We were hearing a banging noise in our Tundra while on vacation in Salisbury, MA. After checking reviews we decided to stop in at Grays garage. He was very busy but made time to listen to my husband, and gave him an appointment for the next day. We went early to let the exhaust pipe cool, he took us right away and removed a broken Leaf spring, charged us $30. He is honest, clean garage, efficient, I would recommend Grays before anyone else in the area.

Whether I was talking to the administrator or the mechanic, they both paid attention to my concerns about my transmission. And sure enough when I picked it up he had run and docimented all the txmission tests just as he said he would which made me feel much better.
Oh, and I got brakes too. They were down to the bare metal and scaring the heck out of me.
I was happy with my car when I left. Great service and great customer service too!

Gray's Garage is super helpful. We were on vacation and stopped in because we were hearing a noise in our car. They were busy but still took time to take our car for a ride. Within 45 minutes our car was fixed with a temporary solution. We are very grateful to have found such a capable and caring garage. Highly recommend.

Honesty is hard to come by with a mechanic. These guys are hands down the most honest shop around and do a great job every time. Wouldn't think twice about using another shop!

After being frustrated visiting a couple big name tire places I found Gray's Garage. I was so happy with the service they provided, super clean restroom, and really friendly people! They charged a very fair price to patch our tire and in and out in about 10 minutes.
The big tire places wanted to sell me 4 new tires... Thank you!!!
