I have been here 3 or 4 years , never had a problem unless it was on my end . Karen must be an owners dream employee , extremely approachable and helpful. Any concerns I have had she addressed immediately ,which is impressive considering the number of renters. I can't say enough about Karen ,but with all the storage options available she was definitely the deciding factor. Thanks Karen.

The people we dealt with had extra space were very nice and professional. However after 3 months of using the unit the rate went up $100 from 186 to 286 which is a huge jump that was ultimately the reason we left. Also there was no gate operational at the unit the entire time that we had our stuff in there so that was kind of scary. There was no staff on site either. We found a place much cheaper with a gate and staff and a bathroom that was accessible at a lower price.

Its clean and well operated but the escalation in prices was mind blowing! Starting at about $185 in 2016, it increased slowly to $202 as of Jan 2021 and then jumped to $217 for the rest of the year. I was then informed that rent was going up to $248!! A 22% increase in less than a year. I complained and was offered a rate of $228 but I've had enough. I'm out as of this week.

Had to store my entire home contents here for a year between selling and buying. Customer service was top notch when moving in and moving out—very friendly and helpful. Issues we ran into during our year-outrageous rate increases happened multiple times during our year, most of which with little warning. By the time we moved out we were paying about $200/MORE than what we signed on for. Second issue was mold. When we moved out we noticed mold on several items that cannot be fixed. Things were wrapped but the elements do get in. Hopefully the insurance we purchased will cover…
