I would like to thank Colin, Harry, Paul, Alex and Matt for all they did to make my experience at Priority one of excellence. I purchased a 2018 RAM Big Horn about 3 weeks ago. The pricing was fair, the minor work they did to ready the truck for me was done well and promptly and the referral to an excellent company to provide a spray-on bedliner topped it all off.
I procured competitive financing through the dealership, making it a mostly one-stop shopping experience. Thank you, Priority Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (emphasis on Ram!) for the attention to detail. I greatly appreciate you all.

So I called and Got Jimmy on the phone I gave him my name and number and was very respectful and he asked me to come in and bring my trade. I drove from Wilmington ( again had my cell number) I get there ask for him and he makes me wait about 20 minutes also annoying. Finally he gets the key and a plate then tells me to go out for a ride with another guy. By this time I am in for over an hour of my time. We get outside and the kid says we can drive it but of course they took a deposit this am. Total bait & switch obnoxious and know it all claims it wasn’t intentional but did not tell me himself. Classic bait and switch by the General manager Jimmy. STAY AWAY if this is how the GM acts then I can only imagine how the rest of the staff behaves!

I’m writing this review for a couple great experiences at Priority Dodge of Salisbury MA. First was the purchase of 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 about a year and half ago. Salesman was great, great experience. The second experience was with Sam and the service department. Sam worked with me through a very challenging transmission issue. As much as it seemed frustrating to me, Sam broke it down and explained everything. Most notably, Sam got the truck fixed right and helped out big with warranty issues. Very much appreciate the people over at Priority. Highly recommend this dealership to all prospective customers. Thanks everyone.

I'm surprised and disappointed by the paint work that was done on my 2018 Grand Cherokee by the body shop at Salisbury Priority. The front bumper cover was damaged and needed to be replaced. After the repair the paint color of the bumper didn't match the rest of the Jeep. When I complained the shop manager said he'd repaint the front bumper. Instead of repainting the bumper he painted both front fenders in an effort to blend in the wrong color. Now I have to get both front fenders and bumper repainted so that my Jeep doesn't look like it was painted at a high school auto shop. If they cut corners for something as obvious as paint color I'd hate to think what kind of oil they use for oil changes or the quality of parts for repairs. Thanks a lot Priority.

I called several dealerships to help my niece with leasing a new Jeep Wrangler. I work in the field, I wanted assistance with numbers and features /trim level etc. Dominique was transparent, quick and so easy to work with! He gave me the best consumer service , hands down! And I have very high expectations. I would recommend everyone to ask for him!

Bought a 2022 Honda Pilot from here. These guys (especially Brian) did an awesome job walking me through the purchase process for an out of state transaction. They even washed the car and topped it off with gas when they delivered it to me an hour away! Would highly recommend.

I received a letter in the mail that seemed too good to be true and figured I would call to see if it was legit. They asked me to go into the dealership and it was a huge waste of time. I wanted to post this so no one else falls for their sales tactics like I did.
Edit 9/2/25 As you can see from the comment by the dealership saying I lack transparency, they didn’t even leave a name to contact.
This dealership was not busy at all and not professional in their demeanor or attire. I had very low expectations for this dealership and they couldn’t even meet those.

Jason and Oscar in service were patient and listened intently as I explained my vans problem. The van was repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend the service department. Great people and a great dealership !!!💯.

Had my Jeep serviced today. Great mechanic; explained things that will cause a problem. Service writer did a great job. All went well. I highly recommend this place.

Another job well done. Brakes front Great job ! No appointment Oscar got my van in and the work was completed ! The more I go here the more I realize the benefits of doing business with honest people !!!
Went here for an oil change recently.
Service manager Jason Kulins chatted with me. Made me feel good to be acknowledged !
Oscar, who I assume is around my age supplied prompt courteous service. I did not have a long wait.
I highly recommend the service providers here !!! 8/23/23 oil service great service writer Oscar Kulins got me in at appointment time. Mechanic took a late lunch and did my service. Thank You guys !!!
11/21/2023 oil and filter service. Changed air filter and I was in ontime and back on my way quickly. Oscar, Jason and the mechanic Robbie all treated me like I am family. Love this place !!!

While having my van serviced today I overheard a customer thank Oscar for being there at 5: 30 AM so be could drop off his car. NOW THAT'S SERVICE !!!

Priority Collision turned a bummer of a situation into an easy fix. My son was involved in a hit and run. After calling Priority, they helped speak with our insurance to fix the car. They have excellent communication skills; I was updated throughout the process. Car was returned better than before the accident! Highly recommend!

If you like stress, wasted time, and being ignored—this is the dealership for you!
I bought a car from Priority on May 30, 2025. Since then, it’s been a nonstop joyride—straight to the service department. I’ve already been back twice (4 hours I’ll never get back), and somehow, the problems are still mysteriously unsolvable (Must be a Jeep thing).
If you think two round trips of over an hour each for unsolved problem isn’t enough fun, wait until you meet folks in the service department—the crown jewel of customer disservice—rude, condescending, and zero pleasantries. When they do acknowledge you, expect gaslighting, vague excuses, and the warm, fuzzy feeling of being a complete inconvenience (the opposite of a priority).
Priority service department really leans into the worst dealership stereotypes - unhelpful, unfriendly, and somehow always acting like you’re the one ruining their day. So if you're into frustration, poor communication, and being treated like an inconvenience, look no further.

Excellent service. I was in and out. Simple oil change and tire rotation. First time coming here and will be coming back again. Alex is very helpful and great with recommendations as to how I can keep my Jeep lasting longer!
