I had a great experience with the gentleman in the Salisbury store. He was very helpful. I needed paint for the ceiling in my house but I didn't have the old can of paint since it was a newly built home. He helped me match the paint to a sample of the ceiling that I had. It came out perfect. Great service

there are extremely toxic chemicals in the paint when there doesn't need to be. 0 stars for the poor quality of the paints.

Really excellent service here - after a failed paint purchase, I went here, and even though they had just closed their doors, a salesperson came out to me in the car and asked if he could help. 15 minutes later I was on my way with a perfect match to the color I needed - highly recommended!

They were great, we were a “pita” for weeks trying to get the right color to paint our patio deck and they were so supportive. I’m sure getting the right color for picky customers(like us) can be frustrating, but they were very friendly about it. Sorry that the Family Weal didn’t have that experience. Maybe your child just needs to learn that the crayons are there for all the children to share and if every child took a crayon with them there wouldn’t be any crayons to enjoy while the parents are picking out/up paint? Really don’t think that should reflect on the amount of stars you give a store.
