“I had to get some flyers printed last minute and took it over to this store. The employees were extremely helpful and the manager came over to ask if it was possible for me to email him the original so that they would come out cleaner. I paid for the printing then went back home and emailed him the original. It was done and folded for me. But the nicest part was when he told me that the girl incorrectly charged me less than the amount should have been - however, he was going to honor the amount she charged me. I was surprised and pleased of course!
They were busy but efficient in dealing with the customers so that there wasn’t a long wait.”
“Just had an over-the-top wonderful experience with the staff at this location. They mailed a precious hand made item for me earlier in the week. They helped me when I was unable to track the package online. They remembered me when I called today. The recipient was no longer at the address I used and I needed to have the pkg returned to Rowley UPS. The situation was handled in minutes and they were pleased and eager to help me. I’m thrilled this pkg won’t be lost in space!!! Would never use any other carrier.”
“The two women working today were incredibly helpful and saved my butt. I sold an item online and mailed it two weeks ago. The buyer was worried that it hadn't arrived and I couldn't find my receipt with the tracking number for them to check the status. I had the date and approximate time of the post office transaction and the employees went out of their way to find a copy of the transaction and got me the tracking number. I really appreciate the extra effort.”

“We had a package that was scheduled to be delivered on a day that no one was around. I called the mail center, and the gentleman who answered was incredibly accommodating, called the carrier, and got the package delivered to the mail center, so I can pick it up at my convenience. I really really appreciated it.”
“I am surprised at the bad reviews - I go here instead of my own PO because the people at Boxford are inept. Lose mail when it's been held, leave a note to pick up a package and then take it out again so I can't pick it up, or leave packages lying in the snowbank. Give incorrect info about hold requests. Haven't had a problem in Georgetown.”

“Best Post Office in New Hampshire after selling on eBay for almost 20 years I've never once had anything get lost or get delivered late. I've had trouble with all the other post offices over the years but never this one. Recommend it Highly A++”

“USPS has very competitive rates, slightly lower than FedEx and lots cheaper than UPS.Exeter, NH many times has one clerk only and back-ups due occur, due to folks who don’t print their own labels or who have specific questions re. passports or needing mail registered, etc. Parking on Front St. can be troublesome at times and side lot is small.Hampton Falls, NH closed for lunch 12-1 pm. Inside drop box for pre-printed packages. Usually one clerk and always very pleasant. Plenty of parking.”
“They may have a hard time answering their phones...but from my experience with them they have been nothing but prompt and kind. During the holiday (twice) they respectfully helped me transport my Step Father's ashes. And now I had an issue with Amazon because my zip code is the same as two other towns and they instantly corrected the issue once notified. I missed their call and they left me a nice response explaining the issue and gave me a number if it was not corrected..I appreciate this post office and I thank them for their kindness, patience and understanding.”

“A tiny, quaint post office with only one service window, as far as I could see, and a small but typical lobby full of PO boxes and mail drop-off chutes. Still, when I stopped by on a recent midday, things were super quiet, and I was able to get some stamps and mail some last-minute holiday cards super quickly and efficiently.”
