I have been storing things at this facility for a couple years. I find the place to be clean and accessible. Brendan is awesome to work with. He always answers a request and was able to find me additional space when I needed it.

This place is great…24 hour Blue Tooth access, clean, climate controlled, ample carts, security cameras, good lighting….and a great management team who actually respond to calls!

I love super self storage, the workers and management are super kind, helpful, and are available when you need them. When you call if no one answers they call you back promptly. The rates are great. They keep the place super super clean. They watch the cameras always to make sure no one is breaking in or into anyone else's stuff. They use an app to lock your unit and to enter the building so no one can get in unless you have a unit with them. I think its great, I've had 2 other units previously in Boston and this is by far the best all around 24hr service storage unit I've ever had and would recommend them to anyone. ?

Definitely would use this facility again. Clean, convenient and well lit. Customer service was very fast in responding to my needs.

I have absolutely nothing but respect for this place. My stuff has been here around 3 years and I have not ever had an issue. I recommend this place to any and everyone. It's state of the art... always clean... n I mean always. Trust me when I say it's a good place if u need storage.

It's a nice facility and it's clean. The convince of accessing your storage with your phone is nice and at first was affordable, but about every 2 months the price just kept going up so we wanted to close our unit ASAP. We got it all cleaned and emptied and I called to close but apparently you need to give a 30 day notice? Be prepared to pay a lot.

Supreme level of service! Preparing a home to sell and then a move is such an extremely stressful time. The staff at Super Self Storage were flexible and had great attention to detail.Response time was extremely efficient and they are a pleasure to do business with. The facility is new and extremely clean.

By far the best storage unit in the area! It’s brand new, very clean, and high-tech. The set-up is straight forward and there’s no hassle with locking and unlocking with keys since its doors unlock and lock straight from your phone. Highly recommend!

This facility is top notch and state of the art. The staff is absolutely amazing and I would strongly recommend them based off my recent experience.After calling a couple places in the area and seeing the difference in how they handled their potential customers it was a very easy decision to use this location.I had to call back late on a Saturday night mid move after my movers miscalculated the amount of space I needed for storage. I recieved a call back from Brendon as he was out to dinner with friends and he helped put my mind at ease. He took his time to get me set up with another storage unit at roughly 9:30pm and then followed up with me on Monday to make sure I was all set.Without a doubt one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time and would recommend anyone looking in the area to look no further.

Called to inquire about a storage facility and decided to rent from them. Customer service rep Brendan was phenomenal. This is a new, state of the art, 24 HOUR FACILITY. Smart phone app allows you to have full access via your phone so I didn’t have to buy a lock :) Money saved, is money earned. Ask about their move in specials.
