“Bill went out of his way for us while we were on a week of vacation we broke down, ended up being the starter. He was on vacation as well but decided he wasn't going to leave us stranded! “We were hearing a banging noise in our Tundra while on vacation in Salisbury, MA. After checking reviews we decided to stop in at Grays garage. He was very busy but made time to listen to my husband, and gave him an appointment for the next day. We went early to let the exhaust pipe cool, he took us right away and removed a broken Leaf spring, charged us $30. He is honest, clean garage, efficient, I would recommend Grays before anyone else in the area.”
