Everything was great. I forgot stuff at my house so was late picking up my rental - there were no issues. The person running the desk did an amazing job taking care of a long line of folks ... I was impressed. Dropoff was effortless.

Smooth transaction. Would use this location again. Only gripe was the female at the front desk was all about helping me and wanted to sell me a storage unit but then I only wanted to return a rental she walked away from me mid conversation....
