Last minute call for a same day delivery on a Saturday! Didn't have exactly what I wanted but Joan couldn't have been more accommodating. I explained the occasion and left it up to designers choice. Within hours, a beautiful arrangement was hand delivered. It was perfect. Thank you! Great experience!
