“Our dryer stopped heating up yesterday, I called Steve and left a message for him, he promptly called back as soon as he got back i the office and told me he would be out today, he showed up at the expected time and took a look, determined the issue and luckily had the parts on his truck. She was incredibly kind and helpful, even when it turned out that the parts were covered by warranty and I wouldn't need to buy it through Ferguson. “I use Appliance Plus exclusively for my 160+ rental properties that I manage and Tom is always fast and fair. I had to leave a review after seeing the one star that PJ M. left. I don't know where you get a service call at your home no matter what they do, (even walk out after they look at it and say it can't be fixed and you have to replace it) and don't charge at least $100 for the call. It doesn't matter if they live close by or far away, you are paying them for their expertise of being able to figure it out quickly, having the parts they may already have on the truck that took them time to order and pick up and for driving to your house, fixing the problem and driving back to their shop. If it was such and easy fix, why didn't you fix it yourself? Its a very unfair review, Appliance Plus is fantastic.”
