“The other day, I made my fourth trip to the pharmacy to pick up a family member’s prescription, only to find that it still wasn’t ready. I understand there have been some supply-chain delays, and I know of at least one other person who has experienced similar issues with getting their prescription on time. The delivery for this particular prescription came much later than anticipated. I had already had a very hectic day running around taking care of necessary errands with two family members—things that absolutely had to be done before I could head home, which is a five-hour drive away. I was pretty harried by the time I got to the pharmacy, and I’m sure I came across as a bit gruff and agitated. But the pharmacy tech was incredibly patient and understanding. She went above and beyond, rushing the prescription so I could get it to my family member, who is disabled, before I had to get on the road. This is just one more reason why we use Stop & Shop Pharmacy. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and just all-around awesome. They understand that sometimes people are dealing with circumstances beyond their control, and they treat you with kindness even when you’re having a rough day. Thank you again to the entire Stop & Shop Pharmacy staff. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding! ❤”

“I've gone to Stoneman 4-5 times over the last few years and have nothing bad to say about them, they've helped me well with numerous different medical issues I'm always seen relatively quickly and have always been treated politely by all staff members. As someone who's had some truly awful care at out of state urgent care centers, I wish places like Stoneman were the standard everywhere.”

“My wife and I are grateful for the advice of the pharmacist who administered the Flu vaccine We were scheduled to receive the Flu and Covid vaccines on the visit. When we arrived, the pharmacist advised that we not receive the Covid vaccine. She suggested we await the new, 2026-27 Covid Vaccine. It was excellent advice. We are traveling in mid-September and desired to be protected. I followed the advice and monitored the CVS website for updates on the Covid vaccine. We were able to receive the updated Covid vaccine on September 4 at CVS Quaker Meeting House Road. We extend the highest compliments to the staff of the store for their superior customer relations and efficiency. It was a pleasure to complete our vaccine health goals with the assistance of CVS Quaker Meeting House Road. Thank you.”
