Not enough staff, enthusiasm, drive or focus by those few folks that are employed there. They are miserable and so are we, looking at these other reviews sounds like it's turning into a bit of a sideshow.

Use to be best bank on the Cape. I’ve been a customer with my personal account for over 25 years, through multiple bank name changes. Now it is horrible!Opened a business account last summer. Cashed a check at their branch. No problem. Then my business rent check bounced. According to TD it was never presented to them or returned. Had rent check redeposited. Returned again. TD again said it was never presented or returned. I may have believed TD except for the fact that my debit card was also declined when I tried to pay my storage bill. TD finally said it was probably because it was a new account. I had opened the account with a large transfer from my personal account.Lately, when you try to cash a personal check on your account, they have to text you and you have to return your ID number. This means digging out your phone and glasses although the teller knows your name.The last straw was a little while ago. A friend wrote me a check on Aug 2 for $75 on her new business account. I took it to the window to cash it because I needed some cash. The teller said she couldn’t cash it because it wasn’t made out right.The friend couldn’t understand the problem. Today I was making a deposit in my personal account and attempted to deposit it. The same teller sad she couldn’t deposit it because the date only said Aug 23 and no year. I pointed out that it said “2 Aug 23”. She then agreed but said there was nothing she could do about it as she had already made a notation at the top.Dona Carey, Sandwich

Id go zero if it was possible. My account was flagged because they needed to apparently verify my address after 15 years of being a customer. I was NEVER notified and because of this faced many late fees for the first time in my life for bills that not never processed. While i kept getting the run around it was finally fixed but I was out $60 in late fees, the embarrassment, missing work to call the bank over 5 times when they told me they were fixing it. Having to put back your cart at a grocery store or unable to fill your gas when you have money in your account is crazy all because they needed to verify me? You send me statements so who do you think you’re sending themToo? Ironically we waited 30 minutes a week before to add our child to our accounts so why werent we verified the . Their 1800 is the absolute worse and would not help me making me wait till a branch was open and told me to keep dealing with the sandwich branch. It was like they dont care, this is why im slowing closing out my accounts as the service has decreased.

Parking lot is full of potholes I have cancer in my spine. It is extremely painful to go to your bank.

We had a wonderful experience opening bank accounts at TD Bank. Damian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and he answered all of our questions. The process was quick and easy. We will be back for future banking needs!

I "really" "really" miss some of the folks that have worked at this branch over the years. They were amazingly efficient, very customer service oriented. I had the 800 number resolve an issue that wasn't resolved at the branch. This used to be my "go to" branch. Overall, TD Banks are a good choice.

So I have a TDAmerritrade account and that's part of TD bank right, ya but that doesn't matter you still have to have a checking or savings account or pay a ten dollar fee WTF! What if I wanted to cash a $10 check, hmm maybe I just give them the check and walk away?

Not very efficient. Always a line with one teller, slow moving. Very friendly staff, which I would trade in a hot minute for efficiency!!!!!!

I have more than one bank but TD Bank in Sandwich is my favorite. Great service and friendly people that are always helpful. It's the way banking should be.
