Have been to this store 3 times now, each for different reasons. Each occurrence we have been there, the staff has tried to either lie about current offerings/promotions to upsell into new contract, lie about warranty/replacement options and nickel and dime, or have shown a complete lack of interest in helping customers vs sitting on their phones. In these exact circumstances, we have just left and gone to another ATT where they resolve the issues at hand and invalidate the information given to us at this store.

I drove for an hour and when I got to the store the manager told me that they close at 7pm , I called AT&T and they confirmed that they should close at 8pm , the website and Google showing 8pm as well , when I explained that to him he said that’s not my problem ?

Everything was amazing. Both the manger and the person I worked with were both kind and genuine. They were extremely helpful and made everything super easy. This is probably the best AT&T store. 100% recommend!
