I was desperate, lost my phone and leaving today for 7 weeks out of the country. Norman was awesome. Got me a new phone, helped me set it up. I was frantic, everything related to the trip tied to my phone. He was able to restore everything and set my mind at ease. Seriously, If I could give Norman 10 stars I would!

I wish I could leave a good review for this location but I can't. I upgraded my phone in November of 2022. I did the trade in transaction in store with a guy named Chris. He told me that it would take maybe 3 months for my old phone's reimbursement to appear on my AT&T bill. Since then, I've contacted AT&T several times because the credit never posted. I always get told I'll get a call back and never do. It's been a full year, more than a year actually, and I never got credited for my old phone that was in amazing condition. I should of sold it on my own, and at least gotten some money back that way. I thought that it was safer for me to trade in my phone at an actual AT&T store, rather than sending it to them through mail but I was very wrong. I don't know what happened to my phone and I'm stuck paying in full for my current phone. It's a shame, as the representative who assisted me was very kind but I would not recommend doing such transactions at this location.
3/20 update: Still stand with this review, and even more so now. It's been two months since I left this review, I reached out to them via email like they asked me to. I was connected with the District Manager, Michael Chammas. He told me he would look into it and reach back out to me when he had an update and never did. I sent many follow up emails after the initial one and nothing... It's been truly disappointing.

My Sister ?? Deborah (Debbie) & I just went to an AT&T store that gave us the most Pleasant Experience Thanks to Fremio with assistance of Norman , This Visit was Relaxing, with Ease of understanding issues Regarding our Needs for an Upgrade of one Phone and an Add on of a new line to another phone, and purchasing the correct accessories we needed for both phones. I highly recommend you visit them if your in SAUGUS Rt one Located next to Jimmy's Steer house Restaurant.

My sister and I had the best experience with Fremio. He had so much to help us with in adding a phone, updating me with a new iPhone and all the upgrading and accessories and explaining the details. Can’t say enough about Fremio. He is nice and knowledgeable. My sister mentioned it was the most pleasant experience we both ever had in a phone store.

I went in to the AT&T store today needing a transfer pin number and Jose was outstanding! Jose was professional, courteous and extremely helpful.

I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Josh today for my upgrade and purchases! He is amazing, knowledgeable, professional and exceptionally helpful! He helped multiple customers with ease and he was extremely thorough. I highly recommend going to this AT&T store at 124 Broadway in Saugus.
